Tomato Mozzarella with a Truffle Twist

We are obsessed with eating tomatoes all summer long. This is an exciting, new way to elevate the natural, succulent flavors of a freshly picked tomato.
Ingredients
- 16 small or medium firm, sun-ripened tomatoes

1 drop White Balsamic Vinegar

1 drop Truffle olive oil

A sprinkle of Italian sea salt

A sprinkle Fresh pepper

1/2 cup Truffle mayonnaise
- Basil or other fresh herbs of your choice

Piping bag
Directions
Cut the tomatoes into slices and arrange them on a plate. Drizzle with white balsamic vinegar and a little truffle oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Stir the truffle mayonnaise gently and put it in a piping bag.
Sprinkle, decoratively, dabs of the mayonnaise on the salad. Top with fresh herbs. Nothing more is needed! Buon appetito!
