Thousand Island Dressing alla Made by Mama

We love this refreshing Italian twist on an American classic. This dressing tastes delicious on a shrimp cocktail, raw bar, burger, or even a green summer salad. Make a big batch and keep it in the fridge for easy use throughout the week. Buon appetito!
Ingredients

2 tablespoons 10% Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

2 tablespoons Pomodoro sauce

A few drops Rosé Balsamic Vinegar

A few drops Worcestershire sauce

1-2 pinches cayenne pepper, paprika or Piment d'Espelette (your choice!)

1 pinch sugar

A couple cracks Italian Sea Salt
Directions
Stir all the ingredients together until well combined. Taste and adjust quantities per your personal preference.
Serve with a sprinkle of cayenne on top or refrigerate until ready to use.
