Herb Butter with New Potatoes and Green Beans

This simple and delicious recipe is easy to whip up as a side dish. Make extra herby butter and use throughout the week on bread, sandwiches, burgers or as a pasta sauce!
Ingredients

New potatoes (of your choice)

Organic extra virgin olive oil

Green beans
-
½ cup soft butter

1 tablespoons Pizza Spice Mix

Optional: garlic and fresh herbs
Directions
Combine the softened butter with Pizza spices until it is completely evenly distributed.
Place the butter on a piece of baking paper. Fold the ends of the paper around the butter and refrigerate.
Optional: A cute idea for a dinner party is to make individual butter pouches for each of your guests.
Remove the butter from the refrigerator in advance of serving, allowing it to soften.
Boil the potatoes until soft. Drain and slice in half.
Sauté the green beans in organic extra virgin olive oil, and optionally add garlic and herbs.
Serve the potatoes and green beans, sprinkled with Pizza spices. Place the butter for dipping/ spreading on the side. Buon appetito!
