Ingredients

75g icing sugar

175g rolled oats

25g cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla powder

1 teaspoon licorice powder (optional)

3 tablespoons of espresso, slightly chilled

3 tablespoons Nocciolata
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl until cohesive. Taste and adjust if needed, then refrigerate until cold for easier handling.
Lay out your chosen toppings on baking paper.
Take small portions of the mixture with a teaspoon and roll into balls by hand.
Roll the balls in the chosen toppings, then refrigerate until serving or freeze for later use.
