4 eggs

100g sugar

500g mascarpone

2 cups strong coffee

½ cup Marsala wine

1 package ladyfingers

1-2 tablespoons cocoa powder
Directions
Prepare a strong espresso and let it cool. Mix it with Marsala wine.
Separate the eggs, setting aside the whites. Whisk yolks with sugar and vanilla until light and airy. Stir in mascarpone.
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently fold them into the mascarpone mixture.
Choose a dish for the Tiramisu. Dip ladyfingers in the coffee-Marsala mix, and arrange them to cover the bottom of the dish completely.
Add a layer of mascarpone cream on top, then another layer of dipped ladyfingers. Finish with cream.
Chill the Tiramisu for ideally 5-6 hours or overnight.
Before serving, dust cocoa powder over the top.
