KAMUT® khorasan wheat is a non-hybridized ancient wheat grain. It offers excellent whole grain nutrition, a firm texture, and rich, nutty, taste. It also has more protein, amino acids, vitamins, and minerals–including selenium, zinc, and magnesium than regular modern wheat flours.
