Spaghetti with White Truffle Sauce

We are devoted to making the luxury of Italian truffles an experience you can effortlessly bring into your home. This pasta dish is fantastically delicious, creamy and vibrant in taste.

Ingredients

½ bag Spaghetti
-
4 tablespoons White truffle cream
-
Approx. ½ cup whipping cream
-
A dash of starchy pasta water
-
4 handfuls of fresh spinach leaves
-
Truffle salt
-
Ground pepper
Directions
Cook the spaghetti in boiling water. If you need guidance on how to cook our super long spaghetti, clic here. Save a cup of the starchy cooking water before you strain.
While the pasta is cooking, add the truffle cream and whipping cream to a frying pan and heat gently.
Add the spinach and the cooked drained spaghetti and toss quickly. Add a touch of the pasta water to achieve a creamy consistency. Season with truffle salt and pepper.
Arrange on warm plates and, if needed, top with some additional truffle salt.
