Truffle iron, olive wood

This beautiful iron, while designed for luxurious truffles, is useful far beyond slicing truffles. We use it to shave Parmesan and cut fine slices of zucchini and other vegetables. Our truffle iron is made of olive wood with a sharp stainless steel blade, and is made to last a lifetime.
