Scrambled Eggs with Truffle Butter

Scrambled eggs are a brunch classic, but today we give it a luxurious twist. Eggs and truffles compliment each other wonderfully and this is an easy way to bring this gorgeous combination to life.
Ingredients

4 eggs

2 tablespoons milk or water

2 tablespoons Truffle Butter
-
A few cracks Italian Sea Salt

Fresh pepper
-
Parmigiano Reggiano (optional)

Chives
-
Prosciutto (optional)
Directions
Beat eggs, milk, salt, pepper and parmesan cheese together lightly with a fork.
Melt the truffle butter in a warm ban (do not let it brown) and pour the egg mixture over it.
Carefully fold the egg mass into the butter until the eggs reach your desired consistency.
At the end, you can optionally add another extra teaspoon of truffle butter and melt it into the egg.
Arrange the scrambled eggs on a plate with prosciutto on the side and garnish with chives.
