Pasta with oil and spices

This pasta is a brilliantly easy go-to on an evening when you can't be bothered to cook a complicated meal, but you want something that tastes like restaurant quality. Healthy, simple and delicious, you will go back to this pasta again and again.
Ingredients

500g Pasta Trenette

2 tablespoons Pasta Spice Mix

7 tablespoons Organic extra virgin olive oil and/or Lemon olive oil

Parmigiano Reggiano (optional)

Italian Sea Salt
Directions
Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente. Save a cup of the starchy pasta water before straining.
Pour the olive oil and pasta spice mix into a bowl. Allow it to sit and combine while the pasta is cooking.
Once the pasta is cooked, add it into the bowl and toss it in the oil and spices. Add additional pasta water as needed to help bind the pasta with the herbs and oil.
Finish the pasta off with a shaving of Parmigiano Reggiano and a few cracks of Italian sea salt. Buon appetito!
