Creamy Lemon Shrimp Pasta

Delicious dish of pasta, fried shrimp, garlic and a wonderful sauce of mascarpone, white wine and lemon, which makes the pasta creamy and fresh all at once.
Ingredients

500g large shrimp, preferably with the tails on

4 cloves garlic, finely chopped

1 shot Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 tablespoon butter

½ cup white wine

250g mascarpone
-
2 tablespoons lemon juice

500g Spaghetti
-
Organic lemon olive oil
-
Organic peperoncino olive oil

1 peel lemon, finely chopped

1 handful parsley, finely chopped
Directions
Make sure the shrimp are thawed (if previously frozen) and pat dry with paper towels. Put them in a bowl and add the chopped garlic and oil. Let it marinate.
Sauté the shrimps until lightly golden in butter on a pan over medium heat. Add white wine and let it effervesce. Add the cream and lemon juice and let it bubble up. When this happens, remove the pan from the heat immediately. Season with salt and pepper.
Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package, and then transfer it to the pan with the shrimp and mascarpone sauce. Combine well and serve immediately.
Drizzle the dish with a little lemon oil or chili oil and top it with finely chopped lemon peel and chopped parsley.
